Im after a VPS/RPS or similar, hosting provider must look the other way with regards to whats hosted (i.e. Warez). This is not for public use but strict private ftp use only so there should be no complaints.

After something along the lines of these spects:
* 30-40gb space
* 300-600gb traffic
* 256-512mb Ram
* dedicated IP (more the better!)
* fast link (not wanting some vmware environment run out of a kids mom's basement).
* 24/7 technical support (or there abouts, i.e. not some kid in his mom's basement only able to offer me support after school).
* Provider that is going to be long term
* accepts payment via credit card (not through verified paypal).
* Preferred budget: $20-$35USD

Prefer windows VPS over linux. If you are going to offer linux then you must offer the above mentioned support (really only very simple support is needed, am able to navigate linux for the most part).

I have checked a few providers on here, but want to see what offers come out of the wood work.

Edit: NO I do not want shared hosting, I will be running high yield scripts and do not want to affect your other customers, this is why it says VPS/RPS or similar.

As original post states, require payment method to be credit card and not via paypal. Additionally the professionalism of WrzHost is lacking, they have out-dated website, they have typos in their packages, they have poor people skill and do not know how to treat a person as a customer. This I found to be very unprofessional. Additionally their website has been down numerous times over a period of a week.

I have checked through a few offshore providers and most are 1 staffed companies who can not provide a good support response time and also lack in people skills. (like I have said in the original post, not some kid running a business out of his mom's basement).

I have posted here to see if there are any other offers that come out of the wood work.
