Wordpress Help?

Hey guyz can anybody of you help me do some FREE basic management of my wordpress ? Since i have been using forums for all my life i am a newbie in wp.. Can anybody help me some basic management like installing the mods can install mods jst dont know which ones are the most necessary ones for starters ) and help me with some basic skinning and SEO ing..

I am not asking for expert seoing or skin customization.. So dont consider this as some kinda skinning/SEO ing request.. Jst need some help to get me going in WP.

Of anybody could help me get my basics rite and guide me would be very helpful.Since i want to ensure that the basics are rite before i actually make the site online..

Yes i know SEO is a thing for experts.. I will get to them once i get the basic things set..Can u help me basic seo? like keyword optimization,tagging and SEO mods etc?

you dont need to pay anyone to optimize your wordpress site its best to do your self as its very easy and theres tons of tutorials out there even very beginners can understand and follow.

Nah not too much just say i install a theme..Just make some slight modifications to the theme to suit my needs and suggest me some basic mods to ease my task etc..

Wordpress SEO is very easy indeed. In two weeks my site went from 100 unique visitors a day to 5000 unique visitors a day. If you read an SEO tutorial and learn the basics of SEO, there's a plugin for every aspect.

Management is just as easy, if not easier. Everything is just there, it's ALOT easier than managing forums, and members. Just add a post, and you're good to go. All comments, etc. will be pending until YOU approve them. (This can be changed, but don't auto-approve comments, because 80% of them are going to be spam).
