In google if we search any thing. Then google shows result and in its result it always shows Title + Description. But it never shows keywords. Even it read H1 tags and other text of whole website.
So! my question is if google don't read or show result keywords then why to use Keywords????

Meta tags are still used by other search engines and its no harm in adding them. Also as Smith suggested, many people make a mistake by adding as many as Meta Keywords possible, but the meta keywords should not go beyond 10 and whatever they put, it should be relevant to their content or page, if not, then its useless.

Those are the words picked by google and indexed .
please read it

So many miss guided souls.

Google does not use meta keywords and it hasn't in a long time. Their are loads of articles and blog posts where where Google has confirmed this as has Matt Curtis (head of Spam Control at Google) in his YouTube video blogs.

One thing they do though is penalize sites, although only a small amount, who stuff hundreds of keywords into the meta tag so basically while it won't help your Google SERP it will harm it if it's done wrong.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't use them. Yahoo as well as other search engines use them and although it may not put much weight on them any slight help no matter how minor you can get should be welcomed.

Their are other reasons to use them. Think of all those sites that try and value your site, do average seo reports and all those other sites that try and index your site.
They all read meta keywords tags and display them. As they link to your site and have keywords about your site on their pages it helps improve the link they have to your site. This is just one of many valid reasons to use meta keywords.

As strong as Google is it's not the only source of traffic on the web and therefore you should optimize your site not only for Google but as many sources as possible.

the primary beneficiary is your competition. How so? The meta keywords tag gives your competitors a nicely formatted list of your important keywords.

If your competitior has to resort to reading your meta keywords to know what keywords you are targeting then you don't have to worry about them as they will never succeed in gaining your traffic.

Agree with you. But as u was saying tk a look to other websites they all are using meta tags. But don't you think all of them weren't read that.
But tell me one thing.
Is here any search engine that show keywords in their search result?
like if i search "CPT Code Lookup" then google/bing/yahoo all of them will show only those websites that have "CPT Code Lookup" in theire whole page/title/description. Sites have Keyword relavancy + unique content will be shows on top. But other that don't have keyword relavency they also in the search result. These search engine never shows keywords. But they shows text of website.

But as i was asking tell me is any search engine shows keywords in search result?

Yahoo is perhaps the only search engine that still uses the meta keywords tag but places very little weight on it

i agree with that, or maybe that even yahoo doesn't use it anymore. but i don't care for other search engines then google anyways... because i get really low traffic from yahoo or bing or blekko. all my traffic comes from google.
