Useless question, useless person, useless typing.
No DDL is "the best". Define "the best". Traffic, money, quality, etc.
There are fans of every DDL site, they will stick by their choice regardless of how good the site REALLY is. So you'll never get an accurate result.
Offtopic: I got 99wpm with some crappy typing test a min ago. If only there was one which you could type anything into, i'd get 100+.
