who do i install rapidleech and sborg

If you are asking "how"

Rapidleech
- Download Rapidleech script from their official site, and install it.

Sborg
- Submit a ticket to Sborg, and ask for a sborg installation ticket.

On VPS
- Install something like Kloxo on Centos to easily install these scripts
- Or install LAMP on VPS

If you can't do either, I suggest you buy rapidleech hosting or sborg from resellers :)
OR buy an RDP
 
sborg = everything auto
Have to Wait for 4 days to upto 1 week for Fixing/adding One Filehost plugin,but its a automatic Script

rdp = have to work
Its a Normal Virtual PC with Good Internet connection

rl = have to work harder
Its a Script which is Really Active & popular due to which Filehost plugins are updated/added with in 24hours - 2 days , but user have to do all process manually.
 
You can install both on your server just follow these instructions and you are done ;)

1 . Get Rapidleech script from here .

If server is new so first install php to make rapidleech work (For Centos)

yum install php

For Ubuntu

Code: 
sudo apt-get install apache2

Code: 
sudo apt-get install php5

Code: 
sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-php5

Code: 
sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart


2 . Instructions for Sborg :

sBorg quick setup for single users (without progress informations)

Run a update on the VPS:

yum -y update

Reboot VPS (important):

shutdown -r 0

Download the sBorg server setup shell script:

wget http://sborg.us/sh/sborg.sh

Run the shell script

sh ./sborg.sh

If your server IP address is xxx.xx.xx.xxx then open the sBorg php installer in your browser

http://xxx.xx.xx.xxx/sborg/install.php

Enter your email and key and click "install".

just do what bharat said ... oh and if you are confused as to where put the commands then this is how, download putty, add the ip to it, add the username and then pass then you are ready to enter the commands :)
