To increase traffic is facebook (in my opinion) the best way. If I do some 10 mins of 'spamming' on facebook with my links etc, I easily get +100 UV's / day.

Hell yeah, I already got a message from facebook to slow down otherwise my page will get removed :P

So far we are using many of them so that the effect could be much higher. These are the ones that we see most profitable:
1) Facebook - most profitable when talking about traffic
2) Twitter - would be the second after Facebook
3) Google+ - pretty good to reach more serious audience
4) Pinterest - not really profitable, thinking of signing out
5) Linkedin - mostly to look for partnerships or new employees
