In conversation many times we refer to the service providers that host files differently.

So which sounds more legit, like a service that does not promote copyright infringement and attract the attention of the copyright enforcers and DMCA complaints be the thousands.

Title does not attract DMCA instead content attracts, so yeah whatever name you choose, see that no illegal content is present under that domain.

well, as far as domain is considered, Online Storage looks kwel (Cloud storage is indirectly online)

Definitely Online Storage. IMO, it is a direct definition, which is still not associated with the other ''popular'' (in the not so legit areas) terms.
