First, there is nothing like 4G. It's 4 and 4S. 4 and 4S has no diff. The only diff is camera and ram. Nothing else. Apple just played around the rumors and created a better version of 4 with higher price tag to fool all apple crazy fans.

Yes there is a new version IOS 5 which have added features like messenger and online storage.
