Which indian banks supports/generates vcc

I want to know which Indian banks presently supports/generates vcc? As far as I know, HDFC supports and allows to generates vccs. do you know any other banks?

Transfer of money to same bank doesn't involve any fee, But to other may be charged I assume

Does ICICI really support VCCs? and is "Internet Account" another name for "Net banking enabled account" or is it something different?
Can someone tell me the procedure of making VCCs for ICICI?

HDFC , CITI , ICICI and Kotak Mahindra bank can make vcc You just need to ask the bank to activate internet banking on your account its free of charge mostly .
