Which host for a basic shared hosting ?

Hi,
I need a host for my site, its a wordpress blog , I wanted to get a n1 shared host at knownsrv for 3$/month but its out of stock and they dont plan to re-stock.

So any advice for a host with less than 5$/month ? I know there is plenty here on wjunction but which one is the most reliable ?

yeah I wanted to get knowsrv too but out of stock for the n1 pack and they wont re-stock soon. I had issue at the beginning with frequent downtime but since they upgraded its running smoothly now.

XSLtel seems to be very appreciated here , do they allow porn/warez links ?
And what do you think about Openvservers ?

Yes they allow both. They rent servers from Ecatel and PRQ and everyone knows that these datacenters are among the best for linking.
