Which CPU is faster?

Hi all!

I am going to buy a dedicated server, and i would like to know which is the fastest processor (for encoding purposes) from these:
AMD Dual Core Athlon 4600+
Xeon 3050 Dual Core
AMD Athlon X4 620
Phenom II x4 3.4Ghz CPU
Intel Dual Core G6950


(the RAM and diskspace are the same)

Thanks for the help, i am really noob, i don't know what should i look at: clock speed, cores, or are there any other important factors?

If anyone knows which one of these processors would be the fastest for video encoding, please write it here! Thanks!
