Where to buy VCC that doesn't require KYC and accept crypto?

Does anyone know where I can buy prepaid vcc that doesn't require KYC and accept crypto as payment? I tried paywithmoon.com but it seems they paused on accepting new cards

I don't think such a service exists, at least not for a virtual card (due to fraud and other concerns). However, if you already have a prepaid card, then it's a different story, and there are numerous top-up sites that accept cryptocurrency (many don't require KYC), and you'll never be asked about the origin of the funds or whether they were earned legally.
 
I dont think so that any reliable virtual card service will be able to provide it without KYC, due to the nature of the visa or master card issuing. Though it is possible for a web host company like ours, due to being registered at a jurisdiction that can enable us to provide servers without KYC, but i dont think so that it is possible for any card processor or provider.
