Where is the password reset option ? & did my emails get ignored ?

So about 2 days ago,
my account the username "Orca" had an expired password, i changed it.

Logged out for the day, next day, I can't remember the new password i put in because i forgot to save it.
So normally on any forum , there should be a link that allows the option to "reset" the password again, if i can't login.

There wasn't one. I looked all over the site, nothing of that sort was found.

Eventually i scrolled downt to the bottom & clicked "Contact Us" . The forum said "Message sent"
So 2 days later i still haven't recieved anything from WJ.

Ofcourse a "Guest" can't PM a moderator or start a thread. So i made a new account "PixelHero".

It's only after my old account gets restored , then i will no longer use "PixelHero".

WJ Staff please advise.
