If you do a transfer request sunday evening (New York time) your money will be transfered to payout account on monday (New York time).after that you have to pay out at the same day (monday)! Your money will 100% come to your paypal/webmoney account 2 days later on wednesday! If you pay out on thursday you have to wait till next wednesday! Its the reason for your long waiting time!
