what is onshore and offshore hosting??

Hello Friends,

I am new to warez content and don't know about it anything , so i was thinking to open a warez site and so for that i was checking forum threads for hosting and came to this two words : onshore and offshore hosting

can you please explain whats this ??

Hosting which allows stuff that isn't legal. So warez linking, torrents etc is allowed on offshore hosting, but isn't on hosting from Hostgator for example

Onshore- you can host only legal contents...means no warez or porn (porn on some)..These servers are located mainly on the US

Offshore- You can host any contents like warez , porn (expect child p0rn). These servers are located in the European countries
