I can't speak for all their packages. But if your looking for dedicated then I would look into Infinite Technologies. I have had great service from the moment I switched to them. I have been with them for 6 or 7 months now and switched to a higher spec dedi about 3 months ago.
My site has only been down once and was due to a power outage at the DC and that lasted for about 6 hours. Support is excellent and Ganesh always seems to be available on MSN to answer any questions you have.

I just checked your website Vovachka. Seems to be fast now. Did they resolve the issue? I was thinking of switching to them but not sure since I just read your post.

I sent two support requests and no answer for like 4 days now. It's slow for like 2 hours out of the day... I think I just need an upgrade since my site is getting much more traffic.
