namecheap.com or godaddy.com
and i dont think any domain registrar will suspend your domain for warez linking unless you are using their own dns

i have heard bad things about godaddy, they can suspend you than charge u huge amounts for transferring ur domain plus they give ur info just like that, i don't know about namecheap, waiting for more member's experiences

namecheap told me they only give members info if a court order asks for it. sign up with fake info and pay with paypal just use real email

agreed namecheap is great i have yet to hear about any1 having a problem wit them i wud not recommend godaddy tho their dns changes suck and take forever i know they say 24-48 hours but very few registrars take more then 3 or 4 hours whereas it took a full 26 hours with godaddy one time thats when i stopped using them also i like 1and1.com they arent the best but they always have good specials

Name.com is best. Easy to use & understand. Its best. GoDaddy sucks as DNS management is not really easy on them.

I have always been with namecheap, their user interface is really userfriendly and they also support several payment methods. (You can even use ePassporte to fund your account) + they also support paypal ;)

I'd got with namecheap if I were you, you can get domains cheaper than $10, but namecheap provide you with a fantastic service. For example I can change my name servers and the update propagates within seconds. None of this waiting around for hours for it to change.

Namecheap, their DNS updates very quickly, they also have good features like domain sharing (so you co-admin can change the DNS through his acc), you can also easily push your domain over and so on. They also offer free Who Is protection.
