What do you mean about web 2.0 ?

and for blog commenting there are a lot of wordpress plugins rejects these kind of commenting and determine as a spam.
Also you cant get enough traffic from just few blog post comments..
 
You wont get very much direct traffic from blog comments but it will help you to get better seo ranking. Like this you will get visitors in future from search engines. There is no magic way to get millions of visitors to a new website for free overnight.
 
Commenting on forums while having your website in the signature could also work.
As a manager for an adult ad network - I always check people signature on forums in order to see if they have an adult website and if I could help him monetize the website better.

Also: exchanging links with other adult webmasters could work too.
Some people were also uploading movies on huge tube sites and they posted a title like " blonde porn 2017 - more on www.thewebsite.com". Given a number of 50-100 videos uploaded daily, you can gain a lot of visitor for your website.
