well as the tittle says i want to know what my opportunities are in computer science because i want to study it.

yea well i want to know what kind of jobs i can do with it.
am i going to learn also web development.
etc etc , every little info about it could be useful for me :)

IT market in India ALWAYS up - down

if u r looking for b.tech, bsc , bca
then u cn gt a certain amount of knowledge based on ur syllabus.

u need to take c#/.net/j2me/j2ee differently from career development institute.

I recommend to do BE/Btech from Reputed University or Govt. Colleges (IIts).

Otherwise go for some thing else.
 
If you can understand coding stuff...you will be really good in CS... or move towards some managerial stuff... (Software Engineer here!)
