This was already discussed around here, and the bottom line is:

FileServe,hotIMG,VideoBB,UserPorn,UploadStation are the same, but it's better i think, since we know the same person owns them, but if they go down, remember they will add go down.
 
That's not weird or fishy at all. All major adult and torrent sites are located in some of the Choopa's Datacenters. They're just friendly with Webmasters of such sites...
 
First of all, i dont think that uploadstation is part of the fileserve network because of some very obvious differences in the site's layout compared to fileserve. Although VideoBB and hotimg look like they are from fileserve.

Secondly a lot of filehosting sites are hosted in that DC so i dont think there is a big coincidence there, megashare is one site. When ever fileserve is down, so is megashare.
