A few questions about Webmoney;
To get verified, I must submit a passport, right, but what is a passport? Passport in russia is not the same as passport in US, is it? So what kind of passport must one submit, the kind of passport you use when you travel around the world, or the kind of russian passport which is merely some kind of identification, as far as I understand..?
What limits are there to an unverified account?
Can I send money from my account to a VISA card? Or any other types of ecurrency..? Or must I use an exahcnger?
