Webmoney - Purse Account, Limit And Withdrawal

Today I created an account with Webmoney. After creation I got an ID something (WMID - ????????????)

I got an option to create a WMZ Purse account and I created and got an ID something (Purses - Z????????????)

I don't know the difference between them even I don't know whats the limitation and how can we withdraw our money to our local bank account.

Can any one help?
