can anyone help me to register and verify webmoney account...a don't know how to send money from rapidgator to WM and than from WM to my bank....PLEASE HELP

http://www.wmtransfer.com/ is very simple thing. Almost no fraud. Very low fees(0.8%/transaction). The only thing- take in attention that support is only in russian language.
First you need to do is register:
start.webmoney . ru?lang=en you must have a mobile to do this.
I strongly advice to use WebMoney Keeper Classic http://www.wmtransfer.com/eng/about/demo/download.shtml as your managing software for webmoney.
After you signup you need to verify your documents to get webmoney.passport. more info at:

After you proceed with it you can use any credit card to withdraw your money with this service. It reques at least formal passport:
