If you ever feel the need to buy hosting at webhostmaker.com... don't. They make 1&1 seem like a 5 star hosting company.
The servers down rate is just not excusable.
They do not honor the refund policy.
The delete entire sites and/or accounts without letting you know first. You loose all data.
They suspended my account for something about getting to many emails from a domain, but the domains DNS settings arent even pointing to that server but another hosting account of mine with another company.
For some reason the control panels dont like to work most of all the time. You have to contact support just about each time you want to log into cpanel or whm.
The dont reply to support tickets that just aren't easy to fix.
The staff is... rude isn't even the right word.. its much worse. Like i said im ready to go back to 1&1. I thought the grass was greener on the other side when i left 1&1... im ready to beg them to take me back.
