I submitted my site to Katz yesterday and got 1*....
Most probably it must be because of skin I think

Could you please review my site and please tell suggestions to improve it ?

Hi,

I'll be honest. It looks like someone did the GFX for a few seconds and threw it up their. There is also no favicon but before even creating this work on the site GFX. Your site shouts out ''I Need BETTER GFX! HELP ME'' - Hire a GFX, Spending money is what a webmaster does for his/her site and I'm sure you want to make your site much better.

Things which need re-vamping;

Logo.
Make it look professional don't use fonts like the one your using now.
Make sure its Unique

Register Now image.
Again, it needs to look professional to make a me/guests register.

Favicon.
Make it match the forum skin, add the site initials (WS or WSR)

Custom unread/read icons.
It's a plus to the site and would look good to have custom ones instead of ready-made ones since members always look at the unread/read images.

Take the index off too, it looks boring, there is absolutely no need of it.

You have 2 slogans. Commited to serve and Your base search engine. - Pick one and stick to it or think of something more ''unique''. Also remove the site name and slogan which is in black (on the right, below the clock).

I also read the forum descriptions, don't use slang words, make sure its professional. ''All stuff for PSP'' - How boring; Make the description like; Finding it hard to looke for downloads for your PSP? Find the latest games, cracks, hacks, backgrounds etc. Here!

I hope it helps and I hope you considerate my suggestions/ideas. I used professional and unique a lot because your site is ''lacking'' it. I tried to be as honest as possible.

EDIT: My Designer is currently busy with his exams !

The skin needs to be in a clear style it just doesn't work for me.

The problem with the X-Treme skin that you are using is that it has good body (category views) However the Header is HUGE, if you want keep the same skin, just edit the header. You can't even see the first forum until you scroll half way down the site.

Also you are using phpBB3, an open source forum software, with the X-Treme skin an open source skin.

You should be respectful and not remove the design information at the bottom.

I actually like the design of the skin. Its simple, and very well laid out.
The initial redirect page needs to be taken down though.

Instant re-direct, so we don't see that nasty index page prior to index.php

I don't like the graphics, but that's just MO, I know lots of people go for that, so don't be discouraged )

But its clean, well laid out, easy to navigate,
