Customer support is currently handled out of our Sheffield offices, by a team of highly trained Support Technicians. We currently offer live support from 9am - 6pm UK time, with out of hour’s customer service being handled on a ticket system. We aim to respond to any urgent enquiries within 30 minutes of the issue been being raised on our support system, and where possible have complete resolution within 2 hours.
