I want to buy few VPS or Dedicated Server with Additional 50 IP's On Each for my Squid Proxy Service... I will use this as a Private Proxy with IP Authentication...

CPU May not be be High but I need Unmetered Traffic... 100Mbps or 1Gbps.....

1 or 2 Core CPU (1Ghz)
1 GB Maximum RAM
100GB HDD
100 Mbps or 1Gbps Totally Unmetered...
Additional 50 IP's

50IPs for proxy use ?
I don't think you gonna get that much IPs without proper justification. In view of ARIN , RIPE etc spending IPs for proxy is just waste.
