VPS in USA - Needed

Requirements:

• 1Ghz Processor should be ok.
• 1GB Solid RAM
• 5GB Space is enough
• 1000GB B/W or more if possible
• 1 Gbit Link, with lots of free bandwidth

Only need it for 5-7 days in a month, thus the good bandwidth requirement.
at least 40-50MB in US

Anything over $30, don't post
Shouldn't be in Dallas (already have one there), prefer DC or some place far from Dallas (Live Stream Relay need to cover US ends)
