Video streaming sites that are mobile friendly?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any video streaming sites that allow (dont delete often) movies and tv shows and are mobile capable? For example pornhub does streaming to a mobile phone, but I want a similar site for movies and tv shows that I can upload some stuff to, and have people be able to stream the link on their desktop or mobile phone.

If they allow remote upload that would be a HUGE plus!
