How to put image in front of an .avi file.

As such an pic in starting of .avi file.

cuza download "watermark master" software from katz or whatever site you like.
Install the app and add the video file and add the picture at the beginning,middle or end or anywhere you like.

cuza if u want to upload ur own video on megaupload and embed it on ur site then no need to edit the vid and upload just some codes to the embed will do the job

Ok are there any other software.

If i use watermark master will it remake the whole movie eating CPU + RAM.

Or there any solution of just adding a pic.

Same question for subtitle - Is there any other way to make short subtitle at front of the .avi file without remaking whole movie. dubbing i mean
