[Vbulletin 4.1.3]Vsa-Chatbox

hie guys...i have started with a new forum...and installed vsa-chatbox .....when i try to chat in the chatbox...it gets me an error.

The security token is missing please kingly contact the administrator for support.

i have tried changing the skin and eveything and even tried installing another chat box..but still i am getting the same error...donno y.....so i would be kind enough if any1 can help me out with this

Is the VSA shoutbox a paid modification?

i have an original license version for vbulletin so all the mods have been downloaded from vbulletin.org
