Buying vBulletin 3.x, 4.x license

I'm looking to purchase a vBulletin 3.x or 4.x license cheaply, since the prices that vBulletin set are absurd.

Anyone have one that they don't need anymore and want to sell it? Would be paid by paypal.

I didn't think it was against the rules, there is nothing about it in here. In fact, I would think this was included under "goods"
