VB Developer / Designer Wanted

i am looking for somebody can deal with the vb developing stuff , wanna him add hacks templates , bots and esc ...
also looking for somebody who can design Banners , logos and so on
Developer could be the admin of the site if he wanted 2 , also as a partner but if he make my site his first place ...
