it would happen that you get banned from some upload download sites like fileserve.com when i used utorren in the server???

utorrent has nothing to do with fileserve,that should not be the reason of a ban

i have a site like oron.com couldnt show up by the web browser in my server like an error "the server was reset" but the site loading fine with other server...can anyone tell me what really the problem?????
