I logged into my account 5 days ago and I had Used space 933 GB uploaded with 17700 files shared.
Logged into it 2 days ago and now I have Used space 66.0 GB / 562 files
Not happy at all.
The account was never hacked and no one else has logged in but myself you can check this with the Login Notification,so the only other explanation is usercloud have removed the files.
I questioned them what's happened to my files all I got was
Now I have never had any problems with payment with usercloud but I don't think I will be using them again.

Added after 2 Hours 39 minutes:
Usercloud have just upgraded my account to premium service for 1 year which is a nice gesture in return of me losing 870GB of data.
I will carry on using them but won't be uploading too much from now on.
