It's like Torrents (How to download, not how it works.) but you need a paid account on a usenet server.

I get full speed from my ISP. Great speeds using UseNet.

Not exactly like torrents.. but yeah I guess.

You buy usenet access (say, $10 a month)
You can visit sites (similar like torrent sites) download .nzb files, which you open with a program (I recommend SabNZBD) and it downloads. Speed? Unlimited (I've seen speeds of 100+MB/s from usenet). I myself download with 14.5MB/s (my max speed)

The good part is, the program sabnzbd is so much better than torrent applications. It auto extracts, and much more.
