[Urgent] Paying for some1 to solve OVH 'Server state inhibits this function'

Hey guys, my server has been put on rescure mode and when I tried to change it to 'hd' I got this error 'Server state inhibits this function'

Can someone help? Paying $25 PP/MB

Yeah this happened to me!! I just said that to their suppot and hey presto the server was fixed two hours later.

there's nothing anybody can do from this side, you need to talk to ovh support.

really? you called them or email them? I submitted a 'Incident ticket' and this is what they gave me

Dear customer,

Your server is blocked because our security system
has triggered scan alerts.
In order to unblock the access to your server, would
you please engage to fixing the problem in rescue-pro
mode with ssh access before restarting on hard disc?
Otherwise, the best solution would be to back up your
data and to reinstall the OS.

I purchased a server from ovh yesterday.

Your system just got exploited. happens all the time if the secruity is not tight.

About the other issue i have found out that the feature issues. is probaly due to a failed hard drive. or proberly not in the server etc.

Contact OVH via a telephone or support ticket.
