Hello,
it's depend thru which payment method was made the payment. Between $8.37 to $9.56 for 1 month premium membership excluding earnings from website sales which is approximately $1.196 for 1 month premium membership.
We do not have list of sites/forum which are accept upload42.com because most of our affiliates have own sites.

they promise a payment per sale of 70% but you yourself mention that the profit per sale to the affiliate is $8.37 usd and that is only 56% of profit per sale and the sale per own domain is $1,196 usd and that would only be 8% of a premium sale of $14.95 usd.
This is unfair, I should at least be honest and say that they earn 56% per sale and 8% per domain.

we have automatically payout every day. Delays could be, if: you've requesting small amounts for payout with btc, for instance $5, or if you make such requests few times a day. Huge payout amounts processing first, then all other. Yes, sometimes could be delays with payouts, but it takes up to 48 hours.
It's depend of which payment method customer have choose. We pay 70% from every sale but with excluding commissions of payment gateways, which could be from 20% up to 35%. So, if customer made payment thru paygate with 20% fee it will be:
$14.95 - 20% = $11.96
70% from $11.96 will be $8.37

No, I can confirm it's the problem of your side. Not only @cube77 has this issue, but also I have it. I have dedicated servers on WorldStream and LeaseWeb in Netherlands. I also observed that your server is in Worldstream NL, too. However, even if I use my server in WorldStream NL to upload files to your server, the speed is capped.
I saw you use a single web server to handle our upload connections. For example, now its IP is xxx.xxx.80.34 (I hide some parts in order not to expose too much information of your system). No matter how many connections I created on any ones of my servers, the server IP is the same one. If the infrastructure is designed by you, it should be improved.
