I don't like the skin at all, but I do know that you can't do much with phpBB themes.

Activity isn't great for 5* rating on katz but you do have a hell of a lot of content.

I'm gonna give an overall of 5/10.

No offense dude , skdown.net is a big mess compared to UGK

As for UGK ...forum looks clean and well organized

The design is not brilliant but some people like it simple ;)

It isn't a simple clean design, that's what I dislike about it.

It needs to be thinner, the corners need to be fixed (they are distorted), the logo is terrible and it looks crappy where it says "Warez Anyone?" as it is completely out of place and in plain text. IMO it needs a different theme altogether then customize the new one. I really can't understand how it is 5* looking at the theme.

skdown is a mess.

And i like the skin,
Bit plain but what can you expect from a free forum engine theme :P
And yeah,
Banner needs work.
I like the layout also IMO.
