I need your help, a friend will send money, but i forgot the pin code...

I wanted to reset the pin code but i forgot the answer to my question.

Please reset the pin code.

This had happened to me once. Email them. Tell them you forgot both of these.
They will send you email, asking few things, like date of birth and etc.
If you answer correctly, they will give you link to reset transaction pin.
