Website traffic is just a posh word for: ....... visitors! )
So like Jayfella said: advertise - get your link listed at search engines like google, yahoo ect, exchange links with other forums, post content with your website link as password, submit threads to Katz and phaze and there are many more things you can do to get traffic

If you talk about the site from your sig, I don't know :P
You can start by installing SEO and as fella said, advertise & affiliate with other sites
