I'm looking for topic prefix mod for phpbb3

I found and tested, and those mods don't work

I saw many phpBB3 warez boards that have somekind topic prefix mod

I have on PlatinumW this mod installed, but our is totally customized. It was written from scratch if I'm not wrong. But meh; we are bb2.
