Titles and SEO - Should the domain name come first?

Would you recommend having the title:
"MyDomain.com - My Page Title"
OR
"My Page Title - MyDomain.com"
OR simply:
"My Page Title"How would you compare all three?
Also any opinions on:
"My_Page_Title" vs "My-Page-Title" vs "My Page Title"?

I think "My_Page_Title" is best.

My_Page_Title along with some keywords won't hurt.

It depends what you want to target..

Most relevant keywords should always go in front: Page Title - Website Name

Never ever use My_Page_Title, instead use My-Page-Title.
