tired of searching for offshore vps

hi
well its been like 2 months searching and googeling for good offshore vps ,
unfortunately my luck was really sux
been scammed by 2 hosts and the rest were really bad (downtime and slow speed )
plz i need some help with good vps servers
my budget is around 50$ with cpanel
plz reply only if u have good experience with the host
not only from viewing others posts and topics
i dont want new hosts (at least 2 years old hosts)

Lol.....pitty.
Just search in webhostingtalk.com for sure you will get one but it would be little higher than your budget with quality offshore vps.

i need older host plz with good reviews
unlike santrex and the other sux hosts reviews
what im searching about is like ex-masters host
but unfortunatly they only accpeting warez linking on their dedicated servers, not for vps's
 
StabeLayer has been around for a few years, under a old company name. We recently bought out a few other hosts and are now under the name StableLayer. You wont be disappointed. :)
 
Actually stablelayer just bought out webden & crypticvps which we're large host here on WJ

You should go with stablelayer.
I had some good experience when they were still running under the old name
