I like the logo, it's nice simple and professional. I also like the way you integrated WHMCS & Kayako. But I did a bit of skim reading with the TOS & AUP and you forgot to replace ExcellentHost with SwedeHost mate. I think you should do that, you don't want your customer's to know that you copied the TOS no offence. Also add the support button on the live page instead of the text looks much better. Btw, what if customers wanted to pay for a year or quartely? You only have the monthly option Overall 9/10.

The site is unique and has a professional feel. You just need to add SWEDEHOST to the site, make it unique, and really speak to the customers. Make sure you have an element that represents your hosting, which people will remember.
