Suggestions-Owners of VPS, RDP, Dedi Servers

Hello,

Im sure many of your here must own VPS or RDP or Dedicated Server or any shared hosting packages. You may bought it in WJ or any other place.

My question is what do you expect from your provider most? If you can tell them how to make their service better what would tell them?

What is your most preferred support method?
- Support Portal
- Skype
- Yahoo
- MSN
- Live chat integrated in the website

Please make some suggestions.

I've never heard of professional websites providing support via messengers. Only when I came to WJ, I see a bunch. So that being said, scrape all those different messenger support options (skype, MSN, yahoo etc) and put one live chat script.

- Live Chat
- Support Tickets
- Telephone (toll-free)

If you utilize these three methods, it'll take care of the customer satisfaction part very well. Then the service performance is also important, of course.
