Starting a project

guys, i am wanting to start a project and it will be based on warez am not to sure what it it will be but all i know it will be about warez lol.

i am going to look for a serious GFXER to join the project and one person who knows how to code tell me what you know how to code and GFXER's show me your previous job.
I am not looking for any old 2 boring admins I am looking for an admin that knows how to do some for example code as well of do GFX or do something not just manage forum etc


Please do not flame this thread and if you have suggestions plz say.
