Splitting Files

hey noob question here. what is a quick and easy way to break up video files so i can upload them to oron and the like? thanks.

Personally, I hate HJSplit... I always use winrar.. it does the trick :D

I'm also no fan of HJsplit.
It is easy to use etc, but I swear with winrar.

winrar is the best if you have the original file, if you don't want to extract then archive into several files use hjsplit, but if you use hjsplit the person who downloads your files has to have hjsplit to join the files so it's better to use winrar.

Use winrar, more people have it already installed.
Some people can be confused about the HJ-Split files and what to do with them.

But if you want to split them into different video segments (take out parts of a certain time length) you need a video splitter.

If you archive a video file using winrar you can still split it though.
