UPDATE: I look decent good managed VPS less then 60 dollars (unless the reseller option is better then offered vps)

OKey first i list what i am looking for reseller plan from original host:
- Start up from smaller package and then option to move up to higher plans:
- content: some adult & porn content, drug information related content, some political documentations, possibly some other files & documents in future that some people might not like to be freely available. Warez linking.
- great addon would be movies hosting (not big amounts, mostly not Hollywood movies), descent amount of mp3 hosting & if some packed software/pw protected software (not in big amounts) would be also possible... well the last one is not priory
- some important commonsensical websites - so data loss & offline servers would be no option
- As much storage as possible (staring from 40GB & going up to 100+ gb)
- As much Bandwhit as possible ( starting from 400 GB per month going up to packages that can sometimes in peak handle 50gb per day - once traffic is so big i might look in to dedicated anyway).
- strong solid stable servers, near raid 10 would be good
- at least weekly backups would be minimum
- reseller account should handle (once it grows) heavily moded media rich SMF board (lets say 2000 unique per day)
- full branding: custom branded cpanel is must & WHM, custom private nameservers etc
- ffmpeg would be sweet addon
- dedicated IP & SLL option
- transfer of old site's & domains would be neat!
- if there would be option to affiliate the VPS or dedicated server sales - would be great
Current startup budget would be 25 dollars & absolute max would be up to 60 dollars for listed features

I have been emailng them and they happen to answer fast. Many say they are good many say they sucks... so who to believe, what is current situation? I understood they had some hard times before..
If anyone have some better offers for me - please let me know. Most of all i would like to know about these hosts. I was considering WRZhost based on what i have heard but i just wanted to shop around a little bit more... actually i pretty much need the server & everything up whit in a week.. so yeah - not to much time.
