use screensnapr or download one, google it
or simply press Prt Scr in your keyboard then paste it in Paint then save it and upload it to tinypic.com etc

Dude creating professional looking themes on photoshop is not a job for noobs. You need to have the expertise to do that. That's why people charge so much for their work.

Hire a GFXer from WJ to create a custom theme for you and then hire a coder to code it for you. The whole thing (design+coding) will cost you around $80-$100 going by the current rates here on WJ.
